- 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬: By establishing your goals you can create a clear vision of your overall purpose. Create individual tasks to set yourself up to reach those goals.
- 𝐒𝐞𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬: Form appropriate deadlines for each task. Follow these deadlines to accomplish your goals.
- 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬: Make a schedule of all tasks. Delegate when tasks are worked in and completed based on what each task needs in time and resources.
- 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞: Always listen and understand everyone’s roll and responsibilities to reach your goal. Set up meetings, calls, and emails yo talk about progress and problems in tasks.
- 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞-𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Keep track of progress on all tasks. This will help you find weaknesses and allow you to efficiently fix them. It will help keep you on track to accomplish your end purpose.
